We are a locally owned and operated business, and take great pride in our reputation for providing personalized care for each and every one of our clients' pets. We understand that leaving your pets in someone else's care can be stressful, which is why we work hard to provide peace of mind to our clients.
Our pet sitters are all employees of Pooch Patrol LLC and have undergone thorough background checks, are insured and bonded, and have gone through a comprehensive onboarding process. We use state-of-the-art scheduling software that includes GPS tracking of our employees, ensuring that your pets are in the best hands possible.
We believe in excellent communication with our clients, and provide report cards and photos of our visits with your pets to keep you updated on their well-being. We know that your pets are members of your family, and we treat them with the same care and attention that we would give our own.

The software also allows customers to communicate with the office or their pet sitter directly, which provides an added level of convenience and peace of mind. Lastly, the software provides a secure platform for customers to view their invoices and make payments. This ensures that all transactions are safe and secure.

REPORT CARDS
Clients love receiving a pet report card after their pet's visit with a pet sitter. The report card includes important information such as the time their pet sitter arrived and left, a message from the pet sitter, and one or two pictures. Additionally, the report card includes a variety of emojis that check off different activities that took place during the visit, such as playing, eating, administering medication, cleaning the litter box, feeding a fish and taking a walk. These report cards are a fun way to provide clients with peace of mind and reassurance that their pet was well taken care of during their absence. It also helps clients to track the progress and behavior of their pets.
