WHAT IS IN HOME PET SITTING?

In home pet sitting allows your pets to stay in the environment they are use to and also allows your pet to stay on a schedule they are accustom to.

WHY SHOULD I USE A PET SITTER RATHER THAN BOARD MY PETS?
When using a pet sitter you avoid your pet(s) stress from the ride to and from the facility, not to mention your own.  When boarding, your pets are in a different environment around unfamiliar noises, smells and other pets.  Sometimes the stress your pet experiences can cause more expense for the client once you have come home from your trip. The best reason to use a pet sitter is your pets are allready home and you don't have to contend with office hours to pick up your pets.

WHY SHOULD I USE POOCH PATROL PETSITTING?

Pooch Patrol is a well established company that has been serving Fort Bend County since 1994.  Although we are a business we enjoy what we do.  We take your pets and homes very seriously as well as the hiring of our pet sitters.  We are your neighbors.

HOW DO I KNOW WHO IS TAKING CARE OF MY PETS?
When you call Pooch Patrol, we set up an initial consultation so we can meet you and your pets and you can meet your sitter.  You will always have the same sitter except in the instance the sitter is ill or vacationing themselves.  Typically a sitter covers the area or neighborhood they live in.

WILL YOU SHOW UP IN A MARKED VEHICLE?
No, we don't not want to draw attention that you are away.

ARE YOU BONDED AND INSURED?

Yes we are bonded and insured.  We understand that clients have housekeepers, yard maintance, and people coming and going while they are away. We advise all our clients that if they do have friends, neighbors or family entering their home during their absence that it is a safety issue for us and it will also void our coverage for your home.  We are proud to say we have never had to utilize our insurance policies.

WHAT ABOUT THE SECURITY OF MY KEYS AND INFORMATION?
We take the security of our clients keys and information very seriously.  Keys are coded and information is kept secured.  We even know how to handle nosey neighbors.

WHAT IS YOUR KEY READY PROGRAM?
We require two keys on file.  We do this so the company has a key in the event of an emergency and so the sitter has one as well.  Allowing Pooch Patrol to have a key on file allows you the convience of just making a phone call, sending a text or shooting us an email to request service.  If you require your keys to be returned, we do charge a key charge for time and travel.  Don't forget if you ever get locked out you can call Pooch Patrol to rescue you.
